Shipping Policy

We are unable to offer free shipping or delivery since we hire third party shippers to deliver our products. We bill these services at cost since we do not make any money on shipping.

We ship all our paintings, pillows and home decor items via USPS with insurance. We ship these items worldwide. Any additional custom/international related fees are paid by the customer.

Small furniture, such as: night tables, coffee tables, rocking chairs, small desks, are shipped via Greyhound Express every Saturday of the week. They can be shipped to your nearest Greyhound Station for you to pick-up, or with delivery for an extra fee (some locations are excluded). Please contact us with your address for an estimate before purchasing. Once shipping cost is determined, we will adjust the listing so you can purchase the item. Furniture is shipped within the United States only.

Larger furniture such as, custom made tables, dressers, buffets, chest of drawers, are generally shipped through third party moving/transportation companies we hire for the job. We are able to ship anywhere in the United States but please understand that shipping furniture across the country can be costly. Although we work with several shippers who charge reasonable rates, keep in mind that shippers charge by distance and weight. Therefore, the farther the distance (from Los Angeles) and the heavier the piece, the higher the cost of shipping. As an example, a 9-drawer long dresser costs anywhere between $400-600 to ship to the east coast. Please contact us with your address for an estimate before purchasing as we're not able to do calculated shipping on items that cannot be mailed. All of our furniture is carefully packaged and it travels fully insured. All furniture is shipped using white glove delivery service, meaning it will be delivered to the inside of your home and unpacked. Large furniture is shipped within the United States only.

Please contact us if you are purchasing more than one item at a time and we will adjust the shipping cost manually. You will pay a lot less if you contact us.

Refund and Exchanges

All pillows and home decor items are fully refundable. However, the customer must pay for the return shipping and the items must be unused when returned. Furniture purchased locally may be returned if the client is not fully satisfied with their purchase. Non-local furniture purchases are final due to the high cost of shipping. However, we will work with our clients to ensure they are fully satisfied with their purchase once they receive their item. In the event of damage or missing pieces, we make every effort in replacing the damaged or missing part(s) until the client is satisfied with his or her purchase. We also work with fully insured and bonded shipping companies so your pieces are protected while in route to you.

Additional Policies

We encourage you to send us a message if you are looking for something that is unavailable or sold out on our site. Most of our pillows and home decor items can be ordered directly from our manufacturers when out-of-stock. It may just take a few extra days to get it to you.

As for our vintage furniture and handmade tables, please contact us if you are  looking for something that is not listed as we are constantly buying new pieces that we can find for you.

Our handmade tables and stools are made to order, so if you have specific measurements or a style in mind that you don't see on our listings, please let us know and we will work with you in designing and making what you're looking for.
